Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking/purchase, the following cancellation terms apply: 1. **Cancellation Fee**: A fee equal to 10% of the total amount of the booking/purchase will be charged for all cancellations. This fee covers administrative costs incurred during the process. 2. **Notice Period**: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service/delivery date to avoid additional penalties. - Late cancellations beyond this time frame may result in additional charges as per our terms. 3. **Refund Process**: - The remaining 90% of the total amount will be refunded to the original payment method. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 24hr period. 4. **Exemptions**: - The cancellation fee may be waived in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances at our discretion.
